5. Comparatives adjectives


We use comparatives to compare people, animals or things.

Adjectives

 tall.
You're short.
He's
 strong.
She's big.
It's heavy.
They're   
more intelligent     

Comparative adjectives

I'm
taller

you.      
You're shorter
me.
He's
 stronger
the boy.
She's bigger
     than    
the man. 
It's heavier
an elephant.
They're    more intelligent     

the spiders.           

Example:        An elephant is bigger than an ant.

                       My arms are longer than your arms.
