4. Simple present Tense
4.3. Simple present: Interrogative
We form the interrogative of the simple present tense using the auxiliary verb do before the subject and adding a question mark ( ? ) at the end of the question.
example: Do they eat other animals?
In 3rd person singular ( he / she / it ) we use does before the subject and the verb ( without S).
example: Does it eat plants?
