El programa del manifest de Primo de Rivera coincideix amb síntesis amb el sentit general dels productors, pel qual havia entès que constituïa un deure donar suport als iniciadors d'aquest moviment, oferir-los la seva col·laboració decidida en aquests moments,
(...)Que sens perjudici de dur a terme gestions davant les entitats de Catalunya encaminades a fer que s'adhereixin al Manifest del capità general de la nostra regió, visitar immediatament el Marquès d'Estella per tal d'expressar-li que els productors catalans estan al seu costat en la campanya de regeneració política que acaba d'emprendre en profit de les riqueses nacionals.
