3.2. Simple present: Negative

We form negative of the simple present using the auxiliary verb do and the negative not (don't) between the subject and the verb .

example: You  don't play tennis.


In 3rd person singular ( he / she / it ) we use does not ( doesn't )and the verb ( without S).

example: He doesn't play tennis.
